Applications for membership of FSANZ must be proposed by one, and seconded by another FSANZ member.

Open to any person who is currently engaged in scientific (non-clinical) activities associated with the field of human reproduction.
FSANZ + SIRT Membership - Student/Concessional
Student / Concessional Membership is open to any person engaged in scientific activities and currently enrolled in a tertiary institution
FSANZ + SIRT Membership - Associate
Open to any persons and/or organizations that have an interest in, and support the aims and objectives of, SIRT. (Non-Voting membership)
FSANZ + FNA Membership
Fertility Nurses of Australasia (FNA) offers support to nurses working in the field of infertility and provides education and networking.
FSANZ + DART Membership
DART membership is open to specialists providing IVF services and includes doctors both with and without CREI training and/or other subspecialties.
