START Course




The next START (Start-up Training in Assisted Reproductive Technology) Course will be held in Melbourne on 18 and 19 February 2017.

The FSA strongly encourages anyone who is new to IVF, (be they clinician, nurse, counselor, embryologist, – or even unit manager), to attend the second START course.

Details of the course are noted below:


Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 February 2017


Saturday: 09.55am to 5.30pm (registration open from 9.00am)

Sunday:   8.30am to 4.00pm

Competitive Room Rates have been negotiated with the Crown Promenade Hotel for those that require accommodation for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.  Accommodation can be booked during the online registration process:
